Purpose
The Guest and Visitation Policy allows for only existing customers who are already in possession of their full storage tank documentations allocated to their company name. Herein known as (Lessee) to inspect their leased storage tank facilities prior to or after the delivering of their petroleum products while providing parameters to help promote a safe environment that is conducive to the safe keeping of these products.
The transportation of energy will remain of fundamental importance over the decades to come. We are here to facilitate it, contributing to meeting society’s energy needs.

“Only U.S. Government Officials, Customers with valid storage tank documentations , Capital Storage Holdings Tankfarm Agents and certified inspectors/surveyors with valid entrance permits are allowed access via berth. These above-mentioned persons must sign in and out of the main office before walking down to dock.”
“All other visitors / crew must utilize the terminal approved security escort service and must show proof of having valid access to our petroleum tank terminals.”
“All oil products supplies must be supervised by our terminal superintendents, visitors & crew are subject to Security Screening.”
